My name is Diane Dotson. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified Career Management Coach. I work with clients who are ready to make significant changes in their lives and their careers in order to live a life of purpose and meaning.
I coach from a "Seek First" biblical perspective as articulated in Matthew 6:33, and believe that "Abundant Life" is a by-product of a Christ-focused life. My coaching includes spiritual focus and practical life-application.

Corporate experience -

22 years in human engineering with a Fortune 500 Company, and the United States Army.

Entrepreneurial experience –

Designed, developed and operated several successful businesses.

Faith experience -

Active in non-denominational churches for 40 years.

Small group leader for 20 years.

Relational and Parenting experience -

Many other transitional life and career experiences:

My career has moved me from coast to coast.
I was a working “single parent” of toddlers for 14 months on the east coast while my husband fulfilled business obligations on the west coast.

I have been a homemaker as well as a sole provider.
I have been the wife of a rock musician, pastor, and psychotherapist (same guy!).
I was the guardian of a teenage relative when my children were young.
I was a personal caregiver for an elderly relative.
